Aphton Corbin began her career at Pixar Animation Studios in 2016 as a story artist on Toy Story 4 (2019) Then went on to be a storyboard artist on the Oscar winning feature film Soul (2020). Aphton's Directorial Debut come in 2021 with her Pixar Spark Short Twenty Something, now Streaming on Disney +. You can also watch a full length Documentary about the making of her Spark Short also on Disney +, called A Spark Story. Raised in Richmond and Sacramento, CA, Corbin attended Pleasant Grove High School and graduated from California Institute of the Arts.
